PH Risk Score

The following button directs you to the online calculator of the EPPVDN Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Risk Score; DOI: 10.1111/eci.13835; Figure 1. The EPPVDN PH Risk Score was developed in 2019 by the EPPVDN expert panel. Higher and lower risk scores (decimal numbers) are calculated for a young PH patient by combining clinical, cardiovascular imaging and invasive hemodynamic data. Once the requested data has been entered, the respective patient is stratified to a risk group that indicates severity of the disease and mortality risk. The EPPVDN PH risk score is a useful tool for risk assessment and clinical monitoring in pediatric PH at diagnosis and follow up.
